Daniel (Dan) Kamen, 37, of Summerlin, passed away on September 27, 2017. Born March 1, 1980, in Boston, he grew up in Lexington, MA, and moved to the Las Vegas area in 2013. Dan was a kind and gentle soul, a lover of music and birds, and a beloved son and brother. He is survived by his mother, Helene Kamen (of Summerlin), and his sister Deborah Kamen and sister-in-law Sarah Levin-Richardson (of Seattle); he was predeceased by his father Mitchell Kamen (of Tucson). Funeral arrangements are being conducted by Kraft-Sussman in Las Vegas; a graveside service will be held October 2 at 1pm at Bunkers Memory Gardens in Las Vegas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, https://afsp.org/take-action/give-a-gift/.
