Daniel Preston Walker (Danny) 47 of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 19, 2018. The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Simplicity Cremation and Burial, 7475 Peppermill Pkwy, North Charleston, SC. The Family is asking in lieu of flowers that a donation be made towards the funeral costs for Danny. Please contact Stephanie Lewis @ 843-860-0818 to donate. Danny was born in Miami, Florida, on June 26, 1970, son of Donald Leon Walker and Lynn Brant Rickenbaker. Danny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and enjoyed fishing at the Cosgrove Pier. Danny is survived by his wife, Delores Walker, North Charleston, SC, Two sons, Daniel P. Walker, Jr. (Sierra), and Zachary Walker, both of North Charleston, SC, a sister, Stephanie Brant Lewis (Randall), Moncks Corner, SC, a brother, Donald Leon Walker, Jr. (Stephanie), Conway, SC, a granddaughter, Willa Ryan Walker, and several nieces and nephews-Randall Lewis Jr, Logan Lewis, Donnie Walker Jr., Nicholas Walker, Jacob Walker, and Dillon Sutton. Danny is preceded in death by his mother, Lynn Brant Rickenbaker, and grandmother, Iris Cunningham. Arrangements are being handled by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services, North Charleston.
