DAWKINS, Darrell K., 51, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Darrell was a lifelong resident of Tampa Bay. He enjoyed bass fishing and deer hunting. Darrell is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Jimmie Dawkins. He is survived by his two sisters, Dawn Burr and her husband, Tom of Lutz and Dina Thorne and her husband, Ed of Land O’ Lakes; nephews, Kevin and Jason Thorne and niece, Megan Thorne. The family wishes to thank Dr. Brett Bolhofner M.D. for the more than 20 years of kindness and outstanding medical care he has provided Darrell. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24th at Loyless Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
