Dauna Rae Shaw Fausett, age 85, of Weiser passed away at her residence April 4, 2019. Dauna was born October 5, 1933 in Council, Idaho to Ervie and Margaret Jackson Shaw. Raised on the family ranch located on the Middle Fork of the Weiser River, she graduated from Council High School in 1952. She married Caryl Fausett December 27, 1953; he preceded her in death on April 4, 2011. Survivors include a daughter, Debra Fausett of Boise, a son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Melanie Fausett of New Meadows and a foster daughter, Andrea and Don McKenzie of McCall; grandchildren: Shayne and Jaime Ephraim of Boise, Shelly and Jesse DeMoss of McCall, TJ and Jessica Fausett of New Meadows, Tannya Fausett of McCall, Laureina and Louis Velaquez of South Beach, Florida, Larissa Coffey of Gulf Breeze, Florida, Larielle and Josh David of McCall and Laramie McKenzie, Kalispell, Montana; and ten great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Thomason Funeral Home.
