Dave Carmack

CARMACK, Dave, 78, of Tampa, passed away March 13, 2018. He was born in Allons, TN and has been a resident of FL for over 50 years. Dave served in the U.S. Army from 1959-1962. Dave enjoyed traveling, gambling especially slot machines. He was an animal lover and loved to rescue strays. He loved his family. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Gertrude Carmack; brother, Bill. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Millie; his son, Ed Carmack and his wife, Gina; three sisters, Blanche, Betty and Carol; sister in law, Katie; many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Dave’s name to Humane Society of Tampa Bay. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Dave’s name to Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
