Born in Denver, Colorado on December 2, 1960 Died in Denver, Colorado on August 28, 2020 Survivied by, Karen Hokr (Mother), Robert C. Adams (Father, deceased), LeRoy B. Hokr (Step-father), Lisa LeGarde (sister), Bob Wilson (brother-law to be), Karen Acker Paradise (step-sister), Fred Acker (step-brother), Bill Acker (deceased), Jim Acker (deceased), Kim Hokr (step-sister), Russell Hokr (step-brother), Mike LeGarde (nephew), Candace LeGarde (neice), Sky Reppert-Garcia (step niece), Christopher YellowEagle (step-nephew), Best friend Travis McDaniels. David graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School, than he went into the US Army and was a medic. Later he attended Metro State College where he took several classes then took a job driving over the road. He worked for Greyhound and wift and then took a job with Freeport McMoRan as a miner. Last year he rescured his first love, Rocko. Later he found out his breed is Odogo Argentino. Rocko is a wonderful dog and he misses David everyday. David will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
