David Lee Clark
June 26th, 1959 - August 12th, 2009
Born 6/26/1959 in Pasadena, CA and passed away 8/12/2009 in Arlington, WA. David is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Nancy; 3 daughters, Nikki “Nickers” Freeman, Jessica Lee “JL” Clark, Monica Lee “Monkey” Clark; grand-daughter, Arionna “Riri” Hall; parents, John & Patricia Clark; sister, Denise Lee “Dee” (Timothy) Sanders; 2 nieces, Courtney Lee (Erik) Allen, Sarah Denise Shafer; nephew, Samuel Anthony (Crystal) Shafer; great-niece, Gwendlyn Miracle Shafer. Memorial service to be held 1PM Sat. 8/29 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA. For those who knew David and for those who did not, one of his 'sport' passions was his love for baseball. He would sit and watch 3-4 games at a time. However, the most important game to watch was 'always' Komo TV's Eric's Little Heroes at: (http://www.komonews.com/sports/heroes). We spoke with Eric Johnson of KOMO yesterday and he directed me to the Rotary Miracle League Organization which was founded 10+ years ago and is located in Bellevue, WA. This organization makes it possible for all disabled kids to play baseball! This organization buys all the uniforms, shoes, equipment and rents the grounds (from your donations) to make it possible for the parents to come watch and see how much fun their children are having and what they can accomplish. Mr. Chuck Brockway is the official coordinator. All donations can be sent directly to: Miracle League c/o Frontier Bank In remembrance for: David Clark 520 112 Ave NE Suite 150 Bellevue, WA 98004 David also had a passion for "The Arbor Day Foundation". For every $10 donated, 10 trees will be planted in California where he was born. You may direct those donations to: http://www.arborday.org/ We wish to personally 'thank you' for your help & support during this difficult time.
