David Allen Dagnall

David "Dag" Allen Dagnall, 71, died on July 6, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was born on March 27, 1947 in San Marcos, Texas.Dave spent several years as a long-haul truck driver. Prior to his truck driving career, he was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines, United States Marine Corps during Vietnam. Dave was also a Police Officer with the Bryan, Ohio Police Department for many years. After moving to Colorado in 1983, he enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserve and was assigned to the 901st Tactical Airlift Group at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, which later became the 302nd Airlift Wing. He was assigned to the 302nd Maintenance Squadron.Dave was a generous, caring and thoughtful person, he enjoyed playing a nice round of golf, spending time with family and friends and barbequing his favorite food.He was preceded in death by his parents L. Elston Trout and Geraldine F.
