Online Obituaries for Nicholasville, KY David Alan Hendren, 54, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, he was born September 30, 1962 to the late Thomas and Marcella Mattingly Hendren. David enjoyed fishing, watching University of Kentucky basketball, and his beloved Cincinnati Reds. A Jack of All Trades, Master of None he was always working, using his many talents to help others. David was a kind soul who always ensured his parents were taken care of and made his children and grandchildren a priority. Family was his everything. In addition to his mother, Marcella, David is survived by his daughter, Brandi (Alexander) Martinez, GA; sons, Anthony Hendren, Nicholasville, Christian (Kyla) Hendren, Frenchburg, Alan (Natasha) Hendren, Berea, and David (Kayla Stump) Hendren, Richmond; and grandchildren, Rylee, Grace, Abigail, Isabella, Blake, Natalan, Merida, Phenix, Seraph, Ezekiel, and Addilyn. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas, and a brother, Glenn Hendren. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be held 4p Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Brookside Baptist Church, 1351 Wilmore Rd, Nicholasville.
