David Hinckley
December 9th, 1951 - March 21st, 2022
David Hinckley, 70, of North Port, FL and formerly of New Castle, PA passed away on March 21, 2022. He was born on December 9, 1951 in White Plains, NY to George and Margaret Hinckley. Dave spent his career working for Boc Gases in sales of Industrial Gases. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Venice, FL and held the roles of Stephen Minister and Leader. Dave also participated in Thursday Morning Men’s Bible Study. He was a Family Promise Volunteer and thoroughly enjoyed going to Thursday Night Trivia. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Hinckley of North Port, FL; son, Michael (Heather) Hinckley of Beaver Falls, PA; granddaughter, Arabella Hinckley; son, Brian Hinckley of Baden, PA; sister, Carol Hinckley of Doylestown, PA; and brother, Tom Hinckley of Valley Village, CA. Dave is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Greg and Paul Hinckley. A memorial service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church (1475 Center Road, Venice, FL) on Monday, March 28 at 2pm. Memorial contributions can be directed to American Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org). Farley Funeral Home in North Port is in charge of arrangements.
