David Shifrin Hurewitz, age 68, of Henderson, Nevada died Friday, August 17, 2012. David was born September 30, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Marvin and the late Jeanette (Shifrin) Hurewitz. David was an entrepreneur. He enjoyed going to the movies, playing poker and bowling. He will be truly missed. He is survived by partner, Pamela Hintz of Henderson, NV; daughters Tracy Elin Hurewitz of Las Vegas, NV and Michelle (Charles) Smith of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Jake Smith and Haley Smith of Las Vegas; siblings Norman (Karen) Hurewitz of Hemet CA and Elaine Sternberg of Hemet CA, and stepdaughter Jennifer Hintz of Chandler AZ. Services are pending. .
