Kidd, David Jon, 63, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday March 11, 2001 after a long illness. Born in Pewaukee, WI., he came here in 1977 from Kenosha, WI. Mr. Kidd served in the Army during the Peacetime War. He retired after serving 23 years on the St. Petersburg Police Department, where he was a Forensic Service Technician. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, LynnRae, his son, Zachariah H. ?Zach,? of St. Petersburg, his sister, Sandra L. DeMars of Crossville, TN, two grandsons, Tyler J. and Brandon D. both of St. Petersburg. Memorial contributions may be made to SPCA of Pinellas County, 9909-130th Ave., N., Largo, FL 33773. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Bobbitt Chapel, St. Petersburg.
