David McKay

None David Ross McKay David 58, died Monday, June 27, 2011 in Spanaway, Washington. He was born in Aberdeen, Washington, his parents George and Dorothy (Wood) McKay. David grew up in Aberdeen and attended Weatherwax High School. He had worked surveying in Aberdeen, later he owned and operated McKay’s Puget Sound Charters in both Olympia and Newport Oregon. He later worked for the Department of Transportation in Tumwater and at the time of his death was an Engineering Technician for Pierce County. David loved boats and fishing, they were his passion. He is survived by his sons Kenneth, Stuart and Nathan McKay, daughters Marcie, Katie, and Elizabeth, also his brother Michael McKay, grandsons Phoenix and Marley. He was preceded in death by his parents. David has left this life and gone to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Memorial services will be held at South Sound Community Church on Saturday, July 16th at 10:00 a.m. Please leave your remembrances on the guestbook below.
