David Anthony Nicoletti

David Anthony Nicoletti, 73, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on September 5, following a long illness. David was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Clara, his sister, Elaine, and his brother, Steven. He is survived by many loving friends and family, including his wife, Diane, his two children, Adrienne and Taylor, his granddaughter, Gianna, his brothers, Dennis and Joseph, and his sisters, Susan and Sandra. A registered pharmacist and certified clinical nutritionist, David owned and operated Prescription Lab Compounding Pharmacy, and devoted his career to refining the art of compounding and delivering compassionate patient care. David’s intelligence, integrity, and generosity made him a pillar of the Tucson healthcare community, beloved by his pharmacy employees, and greatly missed by all who knew him. David possessed an intense passion for life, knowledge, and celebration that he enthusiastically shared with family, friends, and colleagues. He was an inspiration to so many, and his light will continue to shine in their memories of David for many years to come. A Celebration of Life ceremony will take place at a later date. David’s final days were spent at Peppi’s House, the wonderful hospice facility at Tucson Medical Center.
