"Ware, David G. Walsh, 79, died February 7, 2016. Born in Medford, Dec. 12, 1936, he lived in Palmer for most of his life. Besides his parents and many siblings, he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy (Magee) in 2003. He worked as a truck driver for RJ Fijol and then for RB Enterprises for many years before retiring. Dave enjoyed his cocker spaniel, Courtney, and sitting on the porch of his log cabin. He will be deeply missed by his 2 daughters, Lori Perkins and her partner Tim Fox of Ware, and Deborah Nugent of Brimfield. He also leaves 2 siblings, Henry Walsh of Weymouth, MA and Theresa Walsh of Pittsford, New York. Additionally he leaves 4 grand children, 6 great grand children, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 10 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home 1475 N. Main St. Services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Four Corners Cemetery. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to massaudubon.org "
