OBITUARY – Davie Richard Kicklighter, Jr. “BooBoo” – West Columbia, SC – A Graveside “Celebration of Life” service for Davie Richard Kicklighter, Jr., 33, of West Columbia, will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209. Pastor Dee Pardue will officiate. BooBoo passed away October 26, 2020. Born in Columbia, he was a son of the late Davie Richard Kicklighter, Sr., and Laurie Patricia Elliott Kicklighter. He was a loving man, husband, son, grandson, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him. Whenever he left someone’s presence, he would leave them with a smile on their face, and would tell them, “God bless you, and have a great day.” BooBoo was his “Papa’s” heart. He will be remembered for making this world a brighter place. BooBoo is survived by his loving wife, Megan Leigh Kicklighter; his “fur babies”, Peaches, Yogi and Figaro; sisters, Emily L. Carter (Brett) of Lexington, Stephanie Shull of West Columbia; brother, Josh Kicklighter (Madison) of Columbia; grandfather “Papa”, David W. Garner, Sr., of West Columbia; uncle, David W. Garner, Jr. (Amanda) of Eastover, and a large and loving extended family. In addition to his parents, BooBoo was predeceased by his grandmother, Patricia E. Garner.
