Flahiff Funeral Chapels & Crematory-Caldwell
Deanna Imgard Davidson
May 29th, 1940 - January 28th, 2013
Deanna lost her battle with cancer and died in her home on Monday evening attended by her daughters, Eileen L. Davidson of Caldwell and Jeannine Davidson Wayman of Escalon, California and her granddaughter Pier Wayman Nogueira of Sherman Oaks, California. She is also survived by her son-in-law Ronald R. Wayman, her grandson Mitch Wayman and her grandson-in-law Austin Nogueira. She is preceded in death by her parents Julius Frick and Doris Frees Imgard and her younger brother A. Wayne Imgard. Deanna enjoyed writing fiction, reading and designing and constructing costumes which she wore to Renaissance Faires. She was keeper of the family mementos and researcher of family genealogy. Other hobbies included making greeting cards, creating scrapbooks of her grandchildren and having dinner with her good friends and neighbors. A memorial service will be held at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 2, 2013. Please wear something with purple or red instead of unrelieved black. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the charities their mother and grandmother supported: the Boise Rescue Mission, the March of Dimes, the Salvation Army and Susan G. Komen cancer research. Her ashes will be scattered with those of her parents and a stone will be placed at the cemetery in Shoshone at the family plot. Service Information
