Debra Laraine Chapman

Debra Laraine Chapman passed away on March 15, 2015 in Olympia, Washington. She was born April 1, 1957 to Junior and Beverly Collins in McMinnville, Oregon. She graduated in 1976 from McNary High School in Keizer, Oregon. Debra married John Chapman on August 13, 1993 in Vancouver, Washington. A 20-year resident of Aberdeen, Washington, she was a homemaker who cherished her children and grandchildren. Being around them was her greatest joy. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, and generally celebrating life. Debra is survived by her mother, Beverly; sons, Eric Collins, Ryan Collins, Dane Chapman, John Chapman, Bruce Chapman, Bryce Chapman; daughters, Amanda Groat, Patricia Nguyen and Emily Shaw; sons-in-law, Delvin, Thom and Landon; daughter-in-law, Bethany Chapman; 13 grandchildren; brothers, Michael Collins, David Collins and Jeff Collins; and sisters, Kay Smith, Julie Kawski and Rebecca Hiyasat. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Chapman, who died on March 12, 2003; father, Junior; grandparents, Lee and Anthey Collins, and James and Ellen King.
