Debra Jean D'Errico, age 60, passed away on January 17, 2021 at her home in Glens Falls, NY. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Debbie was born June 15, 1960 in Gloversville, NY, the adored daughter of Merilyn D'Errico and the late Francis M. D'Errico. She attended Gloversville schools and graduated in 1978. She then went on to SUNY Oneonta. Debbie was employed at the Center of Disabled in Albany; Lexington Center in Gloversville and the Kabrice Construction Co. in WIlton, NY. On June 30, 1996 she married James Clark in Lake George, NY. Jim was part-owner and operator of the King Neptune Restaurant in Lake George, NY. Debbie and Jim looked forward each winter to spending time in Puerto Rico with their friends. Debbie was a fun-loving, quick-witted, kind-hearted individual, all the while keeping her fiercely independent spirit alive. She was "Aunt D.D." to her cherished nieces, Allison, Natalie and Sarah Ahlers of whom she was so proud. Spending time at the camp in Caroga Lake, NY with them was her greatest joy. Debbie is survived by her mother, Merilyn D'Errico of Caroga Lake, NY; brother, Armand D'Errico of Alpharetta, GA; sister, Nancy (D'Errico) Ahlers of Gainesville, GA; and nieces Allison Ahlers, Natalie Ahlers and Sarah Ahlers, all of Gainesville, GA. In addition, her adored cat, Lily, Debbie's companion of 10 years, also survives. Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, James Clark, on January 19, 2012. Cremation was performed at Park View Crematorium, Schenectady. Friends may call Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 153 S. Main St; Gloversville, NY from 9:30am to 11:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30am with the Rev. Matthew Wetsel as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Johnstown, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kitten Angels, 233 Houseman St; Mayfield, NY 12117. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
