Debra Lynn Spicer
February 20th, 1956 - July 14th, 2015
Lexington, Kentucky Debra Lynn (Haley) Spicer, 59 yrs. old, passed away at UK Hospital on Tuesday July 14th, 2015. She was the daughter of Ottie Goodwin Mulberry of Lexington, KY. She was born in Fayette Co. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Debra was a very caring and amazing woman, helping and caring for anyone in need. She had a beautiful soul. She attended Henry Clay High School, went to U of K School of Nursing at the age of 42, ranking at the top of her class. She was exceptionally talented in all aspects of music. Debra is survived by her son, Ray Anthony Walters II and daughter Liberty April Rose Hart both of Lexington and a grandson, Ray Anthony Walters III of Lexington. She is survived by brothers; Michael Kirk (Rosemarie) Haley of Lexington, and Greg "Poo" Haley of Sanford, FL. She was preceded in death by her twin daughters, Nicole and Danielle in 1978 who died at birth, and by her brother Harold Gilbert Haley of Sanford, FL. Funeral Information Visitation will be from 5-7pm, Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Terry Freeman conducting the service. Burial will be at a later date - Muses Mills, KY
