Long time Commerce City resident Delbert Claude Gooden passed away on November 20, 2011 in Northglenn Colorado at the age of 91. Preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Mae and his daughter Sharon. Survived by daughters Claudia, Karon, Kelly, Dianna, Teena and sons Eddie, Johnny, Randy, Rodney, 21 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren. He was a decorated World War II veteran and truck driver for over 40 years. As family and friends were the most important things in Delbert†™s life we ask that you join us in a celebration of his life on Monday November 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Aspen Mortuary in Commerce City. Donations can be made to Delbert Gooden†™s Memorial Fund at FirstBank, 13600 Colorado Blvd. Thornton CO 80602 or brought in to any FirstBank locations.
