Delfina Arvizu Calderon
April 27th, 1932 - May 2nd, 2021
Delfina “Fina” Calderon, daughter of the late Micaela and Antonio Arvizu was born on April 27, 1932 and passed away Sunday May 2nd, 2021. Jesus Calderon, son of the late Maria and Jesus Calderon was born on November 4, 1930 and joined his beloved spouse May 11, 2021. Fina was sister to Rosa (deceased), Estella, and Armando. Jesus was brother to Hector, Ramon, Rene, Dolores “Lola” and Francisco Xavier “Panchito” (deceased). Jesus and Fina were married November 4, 1950 and raised their 6 children together. They are preceded in death by their eldest son Francisco Xavier and are survived by their daughter Lupita and sons Raul, Oscar, Carlos and Albert along with their families which includes their 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Fina was a devoted housewife and mother, while Jesus worked a variety of jobs before settling at the Magma Copper Mine in San Manuel, AZ where he retired with over 30 years of service. Their passing leaves a great void in the hearts of all who love them. A joint funeral mass will be held May 21st at St Odilia Catholic Community and will be followed by interment at Holy Hope Cemetery. All prayers and intentions are appreciated.
