Delores Reid Cabal

Delores Reid Cabal, beloved mother of Belinda Cabal-Burn, and sweet Nana to Murray Burn and son in law, James Burn passed away on the evening of April 27, 2016 in North Charleston and joined her husband Tomas B. Cabal, sister Lorraine Ayoub, brother, James Reid and niece Debra Lorraine Hays, parents, aunts and uncles in our Heavenly Kingdom. She was born July27, 1943, daughter of Narvis Craven and James Matthew Reid. She spent many of her years as a devoted U.S Navy wife, a loving mother and grandmother. She worked several years in banking and retired from First Federal of Charleston. Her greatest love was her family and her love was truly unconditional. She was kind and giving. Her time here was much too short, but this was only her temporary home. Heaven has truly gained an Angel who will always watch over us. The reverend, Father Ikemeh JohnBosco O.P. will preside her funeral mass at St. John’s Catholic Church, 3921 St John’s Ave., North Charleston, SC 29405 on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of any flowers, you may make small tax deductible donations to Dominican Fathers, PO Box 1066 Ladson, SC 29456-1066 with her name noted in the memo section. If you plan to attend the service, there will be an offertory basket at the church.
