Delores Agnes “Dee” Hoyer, age 94 of St. Paul passed away August 18, 2021. Preceded in death by husband, John in 1970; daughter, Lynn Dee Smaagard; son, Thomas Hoyer, and parents, Agnes and Albert Carlson. Survived by sons, Rick (Marsha) Hoyer, Steve (Joanie) Hoyer, and Chris (Renee) Hoyer; son-in-law, Lanny Smaagard; daughter-in-law, Cindy Hoyer; grandchildren, Andy Hoyer, Beth Hoyer, Megan Bergman, Scott Hoyer, Zach Hoyer, Haley Hoyer, and Kristina Hoyer; 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 4-7 pm Thursday, Aug. 26th at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 – 7th Ave. E, North St. Paul, MN. Funeral service 11 AM Friday, Aug. 27th in St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 2499 Helen Street North, North St. Paul, MN (MASKS REQUIRED). Interment, Evergreen Cemetery, Mahtomedi, MN. Memorials to her church, St. Mark’s Lutheran.
