Constance "Deloros" Nickles Karsner

Constance "Deloros" Nickles Karsner, affectionately known as "Gaga" by her loved ones, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at the age of 89. Deloros was a loved wife, mother, and grandmother, remembered for her kind nature and sweet disposition. 

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Karsner of Frankfort, KY; her granddaughter, Dr. Emily Eastman (Joel) of Lexington, KY; and her two great-grandchildren, Carson Gray and Graham Bentley Eastman, whom she absolutely adored. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Deloros was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, William "Bill" Philip Karsner, as well as her father, Charles Nickles, and her mother, Lucille Goodrich. Deloros will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

A visitation to celebrate Deloros's life will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road in Frankfort. A private burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, officiated by Pastor Rusty Fitzpatrick. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Karsner, David Karsner, Steven Karsner, Brad Karsner, Joel Eastman, Mike Wise, and Jack Pilcher. Honorary pallbearers include her nieces and nephews.  

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that memorial donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 36 School House Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601.
