Denise Gayle Berndt, 60, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, in Colorado Springs. She was born on October 11, 1959, to Donald Berndt and Credith Rogers, both of whom predeceased her. Denise was a graduate of South High School and California State University, Dominguez Hills. She traveled widely during her life, living in Denmark, Panama, Alaska, Arizona, Kansas, North Carolina, Texas and Colorado. She enjoyed her animals, gardening, cooking, science fiction, fast cars, travel and spending time with her friends. Denise is survived by her sister, Robin Rapp. Due to COVID-19, a memorial will be held at a future date as yet unscheduled. Service Information A service summary is not available
