Denny Awrum Abel Deutschkron, 80, of Las Vegas, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 V. Denny was born March 8, 1939 in Berlin, Germany to the late James Joseph and the late Rachela Deutschkron. His family escaped Germany when he was 2 years old, eventually ending up in Manhattan NY. Denny entered the Air Force at age 17. He spent over 10 years as a Staff Sergeant before leaving to pursue other endeavors. He worked full time and attended night school to earn his Bachelor's degree and had a career which mostly included dental sales. Denny is survived by his wife of 39 years, Aracelis "Ari" Deutschkron of Las Vegas; children Sabrina (Scott) Ganz of Rivervale NJ and James (Elsa) Deutschkron of Rivervale NJ; grandchildren Michelle Ganz, Samantha (Micah) Pepper, Jacquelyn Ganz, Kenneth Deutschkron and Raschela Deutschkron; and great grandchildren Jayden and Logan Ganz and Taavi Pepper. A funeral will be held at 9:20 am on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. .
