Obituary Dolores "Dee" Lucille (Maes) Castro, 86, died March 4, 2023 in Colorado Springs. She was born June 15, 1936 in Trinidad, CO to Nora (Carillo) & Joe Alonzo Maes. She married Joel Timothy Castro in 1952.. She is survived by her children, Lucille Joyce Castro of Colorado Springs, Arthur Richard Castro of Pueblo, Cynthia Hope Nelson and her husband, Rod of Colorado Springs, Terry Marie Castro-Boyd of Colorado Springs, Julieann Naomi Eads and her husband, Bruce of Oakland, CA and Joel Delano Castro and his wife, Carrie of Colorado Springs; her siblings, Marie Chavez of Denver, Ronnie Maes and his wife, Josie of Pueblo, Jesse Maes of Pueblo and Tommy Maes of Englewood; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel; parents and siblings, Joe Jr., Max and Alonzo 'Nellie'.
