Dolores Mireles Esquivel

April 12th, 1945 - August 18th, 2024

Dolores Mireles Esquivel, 79, passed away on August 18, 2024, in Marysville, CA. Born on April 12, 1945, in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Dolores was a beacon of kindness and devotion, cherished by all who knew her.

Dolores was a devout Catholic whose life was a testament to her faith and the love she had for her family and friends. She was a dedicated wife, always by the side of her husband, Sergio Garza Esquivel, and a loving mother to her sons, Sergio Ernesto, Carlos, Jose Angel, and Jorge. Her home was a welcoming haven, filled with the beauty of the gardens she tenderly cared for and the warmth of her kind-hearted nature.

She found joy in reading, watching soap operas, and spending time with her many grandchildren, who will miss her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Luis Mireles, and Armando Mireles; her sister, Lydia Mireles Dominguez; and her son, Sergio Adolfo Esquivel.

Her legacy will be carried on by her surviving family, including her daughters-in-law, Fatma Jouini, and Lisa Perez; her sisters, Hilda Mireles Cantu, Margarita Mireles Tijerina, Lucia Mireles Juarez; and her brother, Manuel Dante Mireles.

A service to honor Dolores's life will be held at Ullery Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City, CA, on September 3, 2024, at 10 AM. The interment will follow at Roseville Public Cemetery, 421 Berry St, Roseville, CA, at 1 PM on the same day.
