Dolores (Lole) DeLeon Guerrero Cepeda, was born December 17, 1947 on the beautiful Island of Saipan. She left her family whom she loved dearly to be with our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ on July 9, 2018. Dolores has been a part of “The Door” church in Lakewood, Washington for 15 years. She is fondly known as “Grandma” in her church. She gave her life to Jesus on Valentine’s Day of 1995 and continued to serve God faithfully since. She loved God with all her heart, mind, body and soul. She instilled God’s love and faithfulness into her children; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When walking became difficult she would often say that she will save her strength for church days. She treasured reading her bible and praying for her family and friends daily. She enjoyed talking to family members near & far. She would always make countless phone calls to her family and friends at all hours of the day. Yes, even at 2 or 3 in the morning. It was a must! She enjoyed playing Bingo & Cards, primarily “Power”, occasionally she would go to the casinos, to eat and play her all-time favorite “Jade Monkey” as well as searching for her long-lost friends and family members on Facebook! Grandma was always a generous loving person. She would give you her last dollar, if she knew you needed it. She did not have much to give; but with the little she did have; she always shared. She was always very thoughtful of others, putting their needs before her own. She always saw the good in people, even when they have mistreated her, yes even her own family. She was not the kind of person who held grudges towards anyone. She was a true blessing and we are grateful for all the Lord has done in her life. As she entered the heavenly gates in paradise, she was greeted by her loving parents: Gregorio Torres Cepeda (FamilianGoyu) & Ana Deleon Guerrero (FamilianNong) Cepeda. Her brothers, sisters and in laws: Lorenzo (Larry) Cepeda, Francisco (Frank) & Fe Cepeda, Roman & Lydia Cepeda, Jesus (Chu) Cepeda, Merced (Che) Cepeda, Jose Reyes and Manuel Sablan.
