Donald "DJ" A. Bouton

Donald A. "DJ" Bouton, III died peacefully on Monday, August 29, 2016 at Albany Medical Center following a brief illness. He was 27. A lifelong area resident, DJ was born on February 19, 1989 the son of the late Donald A. "Batman" Bouton, Jr. and Pamela J. Rizzo- Bouton. He attended schools in Averill Park and was employed for a time for the Crooked Lake House. Since 2005 he resided in Canajoharie. DJ enjoyed video games, dragons and spending time with his "squad" and nephew "Pika." He was an avid Chicago Bears football fan and wrestling fan. DJ also enjoyed his time at camp with his dad, riding four wheelers and being outside. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his sister, Desiree Bouton- Moshier and her husband Aaron; his nephews Gavin "Pika" Moshier, Jaxon Moshier; two nieces, Serenity and Avacyn Moshier; his maternal grandmother, Faith Rizzo; his maternal grandfather, Ricardo Rizzo; his aunts, Erin McCarthy, Cindy Rizzo, Tina LaRose, Brenda Crouse, Amanda Stone; uncles, Peter Stone, Ricky Rizzo, Harlan Moshier, Hollis Mayo, Tim Fegle, Brian McCue; his step mother, Abra Wilder; his comfort babies, Mustafa, Chetto Tiggy, and Sui; and special friends, Kristy Stowell, Lillian (Samantha) Hogan, Natasha Sweet, Shawn Sweet, Chuck Hogan, Pat (April) Castler, Nathan Moshier, Jered Horning, Donovan Gordon, Jamaica Albro and Jordan Rathbun; and many more. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at 4p.m. at the Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
