He is survived by his daughters, Donna Chadwell, Mary Helen Chadwell, Martha Hershey, Anna Mantooth, Michele Chadwell; his sons, Christopher Chadwell, Stephen Chadwell, Jonathon Jennings, and Wade Jennings; his sisters, Brenda Manley and Kaye Hopper; his brothers, William Bill Chadwell, Sr. and Michael Chadwell, Sr.; longtime companion, Marilee Dapron; his special friends, Timothy Schneider and Dawn Hornbeck Chadwell; his grandchildren, Austin, McKenna, Annica, Jasmine, Aryana, Diamond, Epiphany, Jayden, Tyler, and Jazylyn; 1 great great grandson, Maximus; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Chadwell, Sr. Funeral Information Funeral service will be held at 7:00pm on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Monday, October 30, 2017 at the funeral home.
