Donald Roger Cracraft
January 7th, 1932 - December 20th, 2020
Donald Roger Cracraft passed from this life into eternity December 20, 2020 after a battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Don was born on January 7, 1932 in Mason County, Kentucky to the late Margaret and Newell Cracraft. He was a veteran of the US Air Force stationed in Japan during the Korean War. After returning home he worked much of his career in the life insurance business and spent over twenty years with Kentucky Central Life Insurance Company. Don is survived by his devoted wife of twenty-two years Wilma Bell Cracraft, by his son Jeffery Cracraft, his son-in-law Mark White, his stepchildren Teresa Norvell (Glenn), Jamie Tingle, Phil Spradling and Lori Ervin (Gary), and his daughter-in-law DeLea Cracraft. He is also survived by his grandchildren Ashley Kephart (Jesse), Matthew Cracraft (Meghan), Lauren de Anda (Martine), Kristen Engelhardt, Heather Rothfuss (Mark), Julie Ransdell (Matthew), Scott Spradling (Ailsa), Leslie Elayen (Omar), Keeley Merrick (Bryant), Alex Tingle (Jennifer), Sara Canchola (Chris), Philip Todd Spradling, Dean Gregory (Tammy), Eric Raisor (Lyndsay), Trevor Raisor (Kayla), Chet Ervin, twenty-four great grandchildren and many friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Karam White, his stepson, Jeffrey Spradling and six brothers and sisters. Don was a man of the highest integrity, humbleness and was a true servant to all. We have all experienced his love for us and his witness for his Lord, Jesus Christ. He was a man among men. We will miss him so much but we are so thankful that God has provided a way for us to reunite with him again. Services will be held at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville, Kentucky on Saturday, December 26. Visitation will be from 11:00 – 1:00 with a funeral following at 1:00 PM. Contributions are suggested to Tates Creek Christian Church, 3150 Tates Creek Rd. Lexington, Kentucky 40502 and should be designated for the We Care Store.
