Donald E. Pickett Resident of Danville Donald E. Pickett passed away peacefully at his home in Danville, CA, on Sept 21, 2012. He was born in Hurricane, UT, in 1916 to Leo and Amelia Pickett and was the youngest brother to 8 sisters. Don married his beloved sweetheart, Jean N. Judd, in 1940 and was happily married 58 years until Jean passed away in 1998. She was his life companion and they were dedicated to each other. He is survived by their 4 children Linda Lee Pickett, Gregory A. Pickett, Jeffrey L. Pickett and Steven D. Pickett. Don was a serial entrepreneur with an intense passion for business. He founded the Neo Life Company of America. At an early age he gained an appreciation for carpentry, gardening, and he always stayed busy with projects that had him building with his hands. He loved to travel and saw most of the world with his own eyes. He was very proud of his cattle ranch in McCammon, ID, where he spent countless hours teaching his beloved children and grandchildren lessons from the back of his horse. He had great pleasure teaching, showing, and educating his family and friends about all that he had learned. He enjoyed history, learning and reading. Don was known far and wide for his ability to tell a great story.He was blessed to have great friends, dedicated employees, and a strong and loving family. Don is survived by his wife Marilyn Eichelberger. They were married in April 2000 and spent 12 wonderful years enriching each other's lives. Don is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 35 Great Grandchildren. ALL IS WELL!
