Donna Lee Fossett

Donna Lee Fossett, died 2 September 2015 in Boise, ID from a subdural hematoma due to an accidental fall while doing what she loved, traveling to visit family for their special occasions. In this case, a wedding in Utah for granddaughter Jenna. Donna will be missed by many. She had the ability to focus on the individual and let them know she thought they were important and special, even in a crowd. She was born June 6, 1931 in Bremerton, WA to John & Bessie (Plumb) Perry. The youngest of 8 children, she was also the last to join them on the other side. She stayed close to her family all her life, especially her sisters. She was beloved by all. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Deborah P. Chadwell; son, Dennis E. Brown; and daughter-in-law, Lisa Johnson Brown. She is survived by her husband, Clyde V. Fossett; sons: Kenneth A. (Carolyn) Brown; Gordon T. Brown; Rob (Tammy) Fossett; William W. Fossett; daughters: Peggy L. Brown (Bill) Chadwell; Wendy E. Brown (Steve) Ikerd; Joanna L. Brown (Les) Morgan; Elizabeth L. Fossett (Rick) Olson; daughter-in-law Laurie J. Kessinger Brown; 34 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 56 years with a strong testimony and faith in Jesus Christ. She enjoyed family history; music; singing; and spending time with family. She was a great cook; competitive in games; enjoyed crafts, Jeopardy, Sudoku, and crosswords. Donna’s viewings will be Thursday 10 Sept. 5-8 pm at Curnow Funeral Home, Sumner, WA and Friday, 11 Sept. 12:30-1:30 pm previous to the services held on 11 Sept. at 2 pm; at the Ridgecrest chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 12407 Military Rd. E., Puyallup, WA 98374. Burial at Evergreen Washelli.
