Donna Jean Glover

Donna Glover, cherished mother and beautiful Godly woman, passed peacefully into the presence of Jesus while sleeping on the morning of October 8, 2021. She is survived by daughter Denise Hamlin, son Dale Hamlin, daughter-in-law Jennifer Hamlin, daughter-inlove Cheryl Hussey, step-son Charles Phillip Glover, and step grandson Brandon Glover. Born above the local barbershop in Mancelona Michigan August 21, 1940 to parents Orrin Fredrick and Rose Fredrick (Campbell), Donna spent her childhood between the Fredrick family farm in Mancelona and her family home in Detroit, Michigan. Donna’s love of swimming and roller-skating introduced her to her first husband, Richard Bryant Hamlin, and they had two children, Denise and Dale. Donna’s skill and profession as a sign language interpreter led to the marriage of her second husband, Charles Dale Glover, with step-son Chucky from Chuck’s prior marriage. A resident of Clermont Park, Denver, since 2016, Donna brought joy and compliments to everyone she encountered. Donna was known for her love of animals, particularly dachshunds, tigers, penguins, and butterflies; for her love of conversation; and for her kind, friendly, and joyful disposition.
