Donna Higier-Attermann, a former Gloversville resident, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at her home in Boca Raton, Florida. She was born November 29, 1950 in Gloversville, the daughter of Dorene Schine Higier and the late Ross H. Higier. Donna is survived by her husband Howard Attermann of Boca Raton; her mother Dorene Higier of Boca Raton; children Brian Hirschberg, Jonathan Hirschberg, Lindsay Petty, Aaron Attermann and Lauren Ruchelsman. Also, brothers Thomas Higier and Louis Higier. A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, April 8 at Knesseth Israel Synagogue, 34 E. Fulton St; Gloversville, with Suzanne J. Schermerhorn officiating. Interment will follow at Knesseth Israel Cemetery, Gloversville. Memorial contributions may be made in Donna's memory to the Ganz Fund at TBS 973-992-3600. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville .
