Donna Lee Nairne
May 27th, 1949 - September 8th, 2020
Donna L. Nairne, 71, of Woodbury, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Legacy Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Donna grew up in the same house in Fishtown where her Mom was raised. Most recently lived in Woodbury, and prior was a resident of Florida and Westville. Donna was a quiet soul but would often surprise those who loved her with saying something out of the blue or just letting you know what was on her mind. Donna loved to work at her needlepoint and was able to thread a needle while rocking in her chair. She enjoyed her times at the Senior Centers and looked after others who couldn't take care of themselves. Family Beloved daughter of the late Charlotte (nee Wilcox) and Ernest Nairne; loving sister of Penny Nairne (Cathy Balnis), Teena Leitman, Sharon Mostellar and Susan Thompson; loving aunt of Nirel, Paul, David, Jimmy, Joseph, Sherry, Bobbi Sue, Heather, Stacey and the late Donald. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend Donna's viewing on Sunday, 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096, where the Funeral Ceremony will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Gloucester County Animal Shelter, 1200 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, NJ 08312 or to the Active Day Senior Care, 123 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. share the memories … share love … ShareLife® at www.mcgfuneral.com

McGuinness Funeral Homes - Woodbury
We have served the Woodbury community since 1951, when our founder, James A. McGuinness, opened our first funeral home. He knew the importance of families having a trustworthy, local funeral home to help them memorialize their lost loved ones and navigate grief. Our beautiful funeral home in Woodbury was originally built in the late 1700s, and has since been rebuilt to honor its original charm and comfortable, warm feel. Once you walk through our doors, you become family....
