Donna M. Werner

Mrs. Donna M. Werner, 59, formerly of Hagaman, passed away May 6, 2008 at the Edward L. Wilkinson R.H.C.F. Born in Cooperstown, NY on September 26, 1948 she was the daughter of the late Albert and May Snyder Jones. A lifelong area resident, she was educated in Perth and went on to attend Spencer Business School in Albany. Donna was employed for Kirby Vacuum Cleaners in Schenectady for many years until her early retirement in 2000. Donna was a loving mother, who worked tirelessly for her children. She was a leader for the 4-H club in Hagaman and was a counselor for Lifesavers Ministry. She also was a member of the Perth Bible Church for over 30 years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Her loving family includes her two daughters, Jennifer Werner and Rebecca Steven Borschel; one sister, Brenda Sweeney; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 9th, 2008 at 6 o'clock at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam. There are no calling hours.
