Dora Duncan Cook

Obituary Dora Duncan Cook, 76, of Midway, Kentucky and widow of Leroy Cook, died February 1, 2013. She was born in Centerville, Kentucky to the late Tom and Anna Barton Duncan on September 3, 1936. Mrs. Cook was a retired employee for IBM and a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Sheri Eaves of Midway, Kentucky and Tina Corn of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; her sisters, Pearl Johnson and Betty Jo Snow, both of Frankfort, Kentucky; her brother, William Duncan, Frankfort, Kentucky; and her 3 grandchildren, Justin Corn, Brandon Eaves and Steve Eaves. In addition to her husband and parents, Dora's was preceded in death by her brother, John Thomas Duncan. Funeral Information Visitation will be 6 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday, February 4, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center, 3000 Versailles Road, Frankfort, Kentucky. Funeral Service will be 10 am Tuesday, February 5, 2013 also at Clark Legacy Center with Rev. Todd Lester officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as Casketbearers will be Justin Corn, Brandon Eaves, Steve Eaves, Johnny Smith, Gary Eaves and Larry Corn. Honorary Casketbearers will be Jimmy Duncan, Eugene Cook, Leonard Johnson and Bobby Cook.
