Mrs. Doris Harris Pruitt, age 86, passed away Monday, June 29, 2009 at her home. A private memorial service was held in her home on Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Mrs. Pruitt was born May 19, 1923, in Decatur, Illnois to William and Ida Lebo Harris. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband Malcolm L. Pruitt. Survivors include her daughters, Susan K. Pruitt, Deborah Pruitt, Judith P. Stocker, Linda P. Price, Kathryn L.Pruitt, and Caralee Pruitt; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
