Dorothea "Jeanie" Jean Storms
May 27th, 1940 - October 12th, 2020
Dorothea Jean “Jeanie” Storms, 80, passed into the arms of our Lord on Monday, October 12, 2020. She was born on May 27, 1940, to Nina Mern Mitchell Pratt and Eugene Franklin Pratt in Nyssa, Oregon. She graduated Nyssa High School in 1958. Dorothea married Verl Grant Patterson in 1956 and to this union, one daughter, Diana (Kirk) Burrows, was born. They later divorced. In 1959, she married Farrell Jones and to this union, three sons were born: Randy (Sharon), Courtney (Wende), and Cameron (Tina). They later divorced. She married Walter Storms in 1983, and their union lasted until his death in 2015. She was a very beautiful, strong, loving woman who will be missed. She is survived by her four children; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; stepdaughter, Penny (Eddie) Jeffries and stepson, Jerry Storms and their families; four sisters; and seven brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Verl and Walter; three sisters; one brother; and one stepson. A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 22nd from 5-8:00 P.M. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, 624 Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell. Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. (208) 459-0833
