Dorothy PinckneyA private service will be held Dorothy Lee Pinckney of Eugene, who died March 17 of age-related causes. She was 91.She was born Nov. 9, 1919, in Salt Lake City to Robert and Nancy Ivie. She married Orde Pinckney on Oct. 24, 1939, in Salt Lake City. He died on July 17, 1997.She graduated from Granite High School in Salt Lake City and worked as an artist and homemaker.Survivors include a son, Lee, of San Diego; two daughters, Jill Simpson of Salem and Lynn Pinckney of Eugene; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
