Douglas Nelson McKenzie was born May 20, 1951 in Somerville, Massachusetts. He left this life to be with our Lord on July 16, 2019 with his loving wife, Michi, by his side. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 AT Northminster Presbyterian Church Located at 2450 E. Ft. Lowell Rd, Tucson, AZ at 2:00 pm. Doug is survived by his wife of 47 years, Michi McKenzie; his children, Matthew, Tifani and Christopher; his grandchildren, Liam, Lexie, Damien, Ava and Katelyn; and his brothers and sisters; Bruce, David, Debra and Joyce. Doug was predeceased by his son, Johnathan, and both of his parents, John Russell McKenzie and Marjorie Baird McKenzie. Doug was a Tucson resident since 1981, worked for Shamrock Dairy for over 35 years. He will be missed by many friends, neighbors and co-workers. Doug was perhaps best known for his love of life, his ability to bring cheer to others and his joyous laughter.
