Douglas Joel Schultz, 68, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 in Huntersville, NC. Douglas was born February 25, 1950 in Springfield, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Arlene Schultz, his step-mother Rita Schultz, and his son Andy Schultz. He is survived by his wife Maryann Schultz, his son Tony Schultz, daughters-in-law Carin Schultz and Kimberly Schultz, his grandchildren Drew and Taylor Schultz and his step grandchildren Courtenay and Jacob Krusemark, and his brothers Mike Schultz and wife Clara, and Dan Schultz, his brother in law Raymond Knoss and wife Donna his nieces and nephews Sarah Oberlander and Amy Chrisite, Richard and David Schultz, and Tori and Trent Knoss. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Funeral services will be private.
