Dr. Charles Leo Record, 58, died December 1, 2018. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 11:00AM Thursday December 6, 2018 at Kernersville Wesleyan Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Gur Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Kernersville, Charles was the son of the late Dr. S. Leo Record and Marietta Phillips Record who survives. Survivors include the love of his life, wife of thirty-one years, Kristi Reid Record of the home; daughter Carmen Record Moody and Jonathan of Randleman; son Brooks Leo Record and Amanda of Westminster, South Carolina; mother Marietta Record of Kernersville; sister Anita Baughman and Bud of Kernersville; brother Glenn Record and Julia of High Point; brother-in-law Tim Reid and Donna of Bethlehem, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, one great-nephew, extended family and friends including the medical community. The family will visit with friends from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday evening at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Chapel.
