Lexington, Kentucky Dr. Charles D. Sword, 71, died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He was born November 3, 1942 in Weeksburg, Kentucky to Jim Bob and Nola Blevins Sword. He is survived by his wife; Carol Sue Stanley Sword, daughters; Cara Denis (Michael) Parker and Candace Delora Sword, son; Charles D. Sword, Jr., sisters; Elsie, Delores, Sylvia and Daphane; 7 grandchildren. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm, Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Richmond Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, Kentucky.
