Sherman passed away peacefully on the eve of his 85th birthday. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Audrey, his loving children Shari (Michael) Scher, and Sam Hirschman. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Matt and Josh Scher & Merrick and Jasmine Hirschman. Sherman was also the beloved brother to the Late Louis (Claudia) Hirschman and Charlotte and the Late Harold Merritt. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
