Obituary Dr. Tim Bailey, 66, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2013. He was born on November 13, 1946 in Knoxville, TN to Jackson and Jody Timmons Bailey. Dr. Bailey was a substance abuse counselor at the Department of Juvenille Justice and served in the Army. He was a member of the Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church in Knoxville, TN, a member of the 244 Masters Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons, a member of the Scottish Rite, and a member of the Kerbela ShrineTemple. He is survived by his three sons, Derrick and Darren Bailey of Frankfort, and DeShaun (Lindsey) Bailey of Lexington; his sister, Tinky Timmons of NC; and his one grandchild, Addison Bailey. Funeral Information Service will be at 10:30 AM Monday, June 10, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, with Reverend Andy Lawrence officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 9th at the funeral home. Burial will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 11th at the Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville, TN, with Reverend Tim Earl officiating.
