Newell, Dylan James, 6 week old son of Paul A. Houle, Jr. and Kimberly Sue Newell, both of St. Petersburg, died Sunday Dec. 15, 2002 at home of natural causes. Survivors include his two sisters, Stephanie and Merry A. Newell and his two brothers, Paul A. and Stephen Newell, all of St. Petersburg; paternal grandfather, Paul A. Houle, Sr.; maternal grandparents, John P. Newman and Norma J. Ozias-Newman; all of St. Petersburg; and maternal grandfather, Terry R. Ozias, Dayton, Ohio. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
